About Reservation

The date I would like to stay is fully reserved. Could you put my name on the waiting list?

We regret to inform you that we do not have the waiting list.

Please explain about cancelation fee.

The cancelation fee is charged as follows:

-No shows without prior notice: 100% of the lodging charges
-Cancelled on the date of your stay with prior notice: 80% of the lodging charges
When the reservation is made more than 5 rooms with groups
-7 day before your reservation: 10% of the lodging charges
-2~6 days before your reservation date: 50% of the lodging charges
-A day before your reservation date: 80% of the lodging charges
-Cancelled on the date of your stay with prior notice: 100% of the lodging charges

If you would like to cancel your group reservation, please kindly contact us 7 days before your stay.

Can I sleep with my children on the same bed?

You are allowed to sleep with your children on the same bed, if they are under 6 years old.
(If they are 7 years or older, they will be treated as same as adults.)
Due to the size of the bed, it is allowed to sleep maximum number of 1 Adult and 2 children together on the same bed.
When you share a bed with your children, the children will stay free of charge. However, please be noted that the amenity goods are not provided. (You can purchase them with 500 JPY (included consumption tax).

About check-in and check-out

We strongly advise you to contact us, if you are late for more than 2 hours of your check-in time you inform us.
Your reservation may be cancelled without prior notice.

What time is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am.

Is it possible to check-in earlier than 3pm ?

Yes. It is possible with being charged as long as your room is ready.
The additional fee will be 1,000JPY (included consumption tax) per hour.
If you would like to check-in before 11am (4 hours earlier than normal check-in time 3pm), you will be charged 100% of the lodging charges.

Is it possible to extend check-out time?

Yes. The additional fee will be 1,000JPY (included consumption tax) per hour. If you would like to check-out after 2pm (4 hours later than normal check-out time 10pm), you will be charged 100% of the lodging charges. However, please be noted that we may be unable to accept your extension due to other guest's reservation.

Till what time can I check-in?

You can check-in till 0am.
In case you will be late your check-in time, please kindly call us.

Is there curfew?

No. However, due to the security reason, we lock the front door from 0am to 5am. If you would like to enter or out during this time, please touch your room key on the door and it will be open.

Will you look after my valuables?

We are afraid that we do not have that kind of service. Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check out?

Yes, you can keep your baggage for 1,500 yen (including tax) per night, per each baggage. Holding baggage before check in and after check out for a day will be free of charge. If you were unable to collect your luggage at the same day, you will be charged as mentioned above.
(Hotel entrance will be locked from 0:00am to 5:00am. Please press the intercom button to contact our staffs)

We will be arriving at your hotel at midnight. Can we still check-in?

Yes. We ask all our guests to check-in before 0am. If your arrival time is later than that, please kindly let us know in advance, then we will be waiting for you.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel by courier service?

Yes. If you send your luggage before the arrival, please kindly let us know in advance. We will receive and keep it till your arrive at our hotel. Please make sure you write your name (reservation name) and arrival date on the label.

Can I send my luggage from your hotel?

Yes. Yamato Transport courier service is available.

Are there smoking rooms?

Yes. Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are separated by floors.
(Therefore, it is not possible to make reservations smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms on the same floor.) Please be noted that number of the smoking room is limited.

Is there smoking area?

No. There is no smoking area in our hotel. Therefore, it is banned to smoke in any public space at the hotel.

Can I use internet in the guestroom?

Yes. There is free Wi-Fi in each room.
Please be noted that there is no computers equipped in any guestrooms.
There is a PC area in the lobby where customers who do not have a PC can use one.
Our staffs are unable to instruct about the setting Wi-Fi. LAN cable is also available at all guestrooms.
Rental LAN cables are available at the Reception. (Please be reminded that the availability is limited.)

Is there a launderette?

Yes. There are 2 washing machines with dryer at lobby.
(With charge: 1kg: 300JPY for 1 hour / 3kg: 500JPY for 2 hours)

Is breakfast free?

Yes. We offer you free breakfast such as freshly baked bread.
(It is also available for the children who are staying for free.)

What time is the breakfast available?

It is from 6:30am to 9:30am.
Due to the limitation of the seats, please visit the restaurant in plenty of time.

Can I stay at your hotel long?

Yes. However, due to the hygiene control, we will have to ask you to change your room weekly.

Is it possible to meet someone who is not your guest at the hotel?

Yes. However, it must be at our lobby.
Meeting with people in the guestrooms is not allowed.
Only guests of the hotel are allowed to enter the guestrooms.

About payment

Can I pay by my credit card?

Yes. The available credit cards are as follows;
VISA・JCB・AMEX・DINERS・UC・MASTER・銀聯(UnionPay)

Can I pay any charges with the cash except JPY?

We are afraid that only JPY is available at our hotel.
We do not exchange money.

About passport

According to the law by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, we will have to ask all the guests who do not reside in Japan to submit your passport to make a copy when you check-in at the hotel. (Even though you are staying with someone who resides in Japan, the same rule is applied.)

About adjusting the fee

We ask all the guests to make a payment by automatic payment machine at the hotel.
In other words, the lodging charges must be payed when you check-in.

Please explain about adjusting the fee after we make a payment.

We are afraid that we are unable to refund anything after your payment is made, even you cancel your stay or change the length of the stay, etc.
In case you are still unsure about the length of the stay, or there is a possibility of changing your plans, please kindly let us know in advance.
